We work with you together as a team. Ray has over 35 years experience as a certified personal trainer. He knows how to get the results you're striving for. He's a big fan of working smarter, not harder to see gains. His wife, Heather has 8 years experience coaching clients to better health as a functional medicine trained health coach. She loves helping her clients discover new ways to fuel their unique physiology for optimal energy & performance. We work with clients as far away as Australia virtually and in person here locally in our Connecticut studio. 

Our dream clients are on a quest to "up-level" their way of life or thrive instead of merely survive. They just require some solid direction and a friend to help guide them along their journey. This is where we step in. And you'll see we make it fun!
